Quick answer

To buy LED TVs wholesale in Delhi without trouble later, pick a supplier who gives a GST invoice in your shop's name, clearly tells you who handles TV warranty service, lets you check a sample before a bulk order, and sends a written price list for your quantity. At Tanish Electronics, wholesale prices on UNICRON TVs start from 10 units, get lower at 50+ and 100+ units, and we dispatch across India.

At our Karol Bagh store, dealers often ask us the same two things on their first visit: "Wholesale rate kya hai?" and "Baad mein koi problem toh nahi aayegi?" Both questions are fair. Price matters, of course. But when you buy LED TV wholesale in Delhi, what happens after the sale matters just as much: the bill you get, the warranty your customer gets, and who picks up the phone when a TV has an issue.

We are a family-run store, and we sell our own brand, UNICRON. So we see both sides: the dealer who wants a good margin, and the end customer who just wants a TV that works. This guide is the honest checklist we would give a friend who is starting to stock TVs in his shop.

Why Delhi Is a Good Place to Source LED TVs Wholesale

Dealers from nearby states have come to Delhi for electronics for a long time, and there are simple reasons for it. You can see products with your own eyes, compare a few suppliers in a single trip, and then get the stock dispatched to your city.

But the busy markets also mean you will meet every kind of seller: brands, distributors, traders, and people who simply resell whatever stock they get. Not every "wholesale" counter offers the same thing. Two shops can quote similar rates and still give you a very different experience once a customer comes back with a complaint.

Buying From a Trader vs Buying Direct From the Brand

Here is the plain difference, without any sales talk:

What you getThrough a trader / middlemanDirect from the brand
PriceIncludes the trader's margin on topOne less margin in the chain
Warranty serviceYou may be sent back and forth between the trader and the brandThe company that makes the TV handles it
Product knowledgeDepends on the person at the counterThe team knows every model it sells
Selling materialRarely providedProduct photos, videos and descriptions
One-off small purchaseOften quick and easyWholesale rates usually need a minimum quantity

To be fair to traders: if you need just two or three TVs this week, a local trader can be the quicker option. Buying from the brand makes the most sense when you plan to stock TVs regularly and want a steady price and clear service.

7 Things to Check Before You Place a Wholesale LED TV Order

1. A proper GST invoice in your shop's name

This is the first thing to ask. If your business is GST-registered, the invoice should carry your GSTIN. That is what lets you claim input tax credit. A plain cash slip may look cheaper, but it leaves you with nothing to show in your accounts. At Tanish Electronics, every business order gets a GST invoice in your company name.

2. Who handles warranty and service

Your customer will come back to you if the TV has a problem. So ask the supplier one direct question: "Agar TV mein problem aayi, toh kaun dekhega?" UNICRON Smart TVs and LED TVs carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty, and we handle after-sale service for TVs sold by our dealers.

Honest note: the 1-year warranty is only on TVs. Our other products, like CCTV cameras, speakers and kitchen appliances, have no warranty. For those, you must report any damaged or faulty unit within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it. So if you add these to a TV order, test them as soon as the stock arrives.

3. Check a sample before you commit

Never place your first bulk order only on photos. Visit the store or ask for a sample unit. When you check it, look at a few simple things:

  • Play a bright picture and a dark picture, and look for dead pixels or uneven patches.
  • Turn the volume up high and listen for any rattling.
  • Plug something into the HDMI and USB ports to make sure they work.
  • For smart TVs, connect to WiFi and open YouTube once.

4. Understand the price slabs

Wholesale pricing works in slabs. The more units you buy, the lower the price per unit. This is how it works with us:

QuantityPrice level
1 – 9 unitsRetail price
10+ unitsWholesale price
50+ unitsBetter slab
100+ unitsDealer price

You can mix products from different categories in one order. If you are close to the next slab, ask us how your mix affects the price. Sometimes a few more units make the whole order cheaper per piece.

5. Get the price list in writing

Rates said on a phone call are easy to forget and easy to dispute. Ask for the price list on WhatsApp or email, with model names and quantities. It protects both sides.

6. Dispatch time and checking on delivery

Ask how soon stock will leave the warehouse. Our stocked items are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, with delivery across India. When the cartons reach you, check them before signing. A simple habit that saves arguments: record a short video while you open the boxes.

7. Help with selling, not just buying

Stock sitting in your shop is not profit yet. A good supplier helps you sell it. Our dealers get product photos, videos and descriptions they can use in the shop, on WhatsApp or on their own website.

Which LED TVs Should a Small Shop Stock First?

If you are new to TVs, don't buy every size at once. Start with the sizes that most homes need, then add bigger models as you learn what your customers ask for.

TV typeGood forUsually bought by
24 inch HD Ready (smart or non-smart)Bedrooms, kitchens, PG rooms, shop countersBudget buyers, PG and hostel owners
32 inch HD Ready smartSmall living rooms and bedroomsFamilies buying their first smart TV
32 inch non-smartHomes that only watch DTH or cableElderly parents, people who want a simple TV
43 – 55 inch 4K smartBigger living roomsUpgrade buyers

A practical tip: keep one smart TV switched on as a display piece. Customers trust what they can see. Also be ready for the questions Indian buyers always ask, especially about power cuts and whether the TV runs on an inverter. Keep the power rating from the spec sheet handy so you can answer with confidence. Our guide on saving electricity with electronics covers this in simple words.

If your customers get confused between sizes or TV types, these guides help: 32 inch vs 43 inch TV, 43 inch vs 55 inch TV and Smart TV vs Android TV. You can also browse our smart TVs and non-smart TVs.

How LED TV Wholesale Ordering Works at Tanish Electronics

We have kept it simple. Most enquiries get a price list the same day.

  1. Send your enquiry. Tell us which products you need and roughly how many units.
  2. Get the price list. Our team calls or WhatsApps you with prices for your quantity, usually within one working day.
  3. Check a sample. Visit our Karol Bagh store or ask for a sample unit before you commit.
  4. Order and receive. Pay, get your GST invoice, and we dispatch to your address anywhere in India.

Apart from shops and dealers, we also supply distributors, hotels, PGs and hostels, CCTV installers and corporate gifting orders. If you install cameras, have a look at our security cameras too.

What We Don't Do (So You Know Up Front)

  • We don't publish wholesale prices online. Prices depend on the models and the quantity, so we share them after your enquiry.
  • Warranty is on TVs only. Other products have no warranty, just 7-day replacement for damaged or faulty units.
  • Below 10 units, retail price applies. Wholesale rates begin at 10 units.

We would rather tell you this now than surprise you later.
