Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes. Every business order gets a proper GST invoice in your company name, so you can claim input tax credit.
What is the minimum order?
Wholesale prices start from 10 units. You can mix products from different categories in one order.
What warranty do the products have?
UNICRON Smart TVs and LED TVs carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty, and we handle after-sale service for TVs sold by our dealers. All other products (CCTV cameras, speakers, kitchen, personal care, gadgets and other categories) have no warranty (0 months). For these, report any damaged or faulty unit within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it.
Can I see the products before ordering?
You can visit our Karol Bagh store in New Delhi, or ask for a sample unit before placing a bulk order.
How fast do you dispatch?
Stocked items are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, with delivery across India.
Will I get photos and videos to sell online?
Yes. Dealers get product photos, videos and descriptions they can use in their shop, on WhatsApp or on their own website.
