At TanishElectronics, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our order processing times, delivery timelines, shipping charges, courier partners, and how you can track your order.

This policy applies to all orders placed on TanishElectronics.com. For products purchased from third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), the shipping terms of the respective platform will apply.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team gets to work packing it carefully:

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are usually processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays, are processed the next business day
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped
Note: During sale periods, festivals, and high-demand launches, processing may take slightly longer. We always work to dispatch as fast as possible.

Delivery time depends on your location. Below are typical estimates after dispatch (these are estimates, not guarantees):

We ship through reputed logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India, including:

  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • Ekart
  • India Post (for remote pin codes)

The courier partner for your order is assigned automatically based on your delivery location and serviceability for the fastest possible delivery.

7. Delivery Areas & Cash on Delivery

We deliver across India (PAN-India shipping) to all serviceable pin codes.

  • Serviceability is checked automatically using your delivery pin code at checkout
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pin codes; a small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout
  • If your pin code is not serviceable for prepaid or COD, the option will not appear at checkout
  • We currently ship within India only and do not offer international delivery

8. Delays & Exceptions

While we work hard to deliver on time, some situations are outside our control and may cause delays:

  • Bad weather, natural events, or regional disruptions
  • Festival and peak-sale rush
  • Remote or low-connectivity delivery locations
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address / unreachable phone number
  • Any operational issues at the courier partner's end
Important: Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete. Delays caused by incorrect details or repeated unavailability are not the responsibility of TanishElectronics.

9. Failed Delivery & Re-attempts

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the package to us. To avoid a failed delivery:

  • Keep your phone reachable so the delivery agent can contact you
  • Ensure someone is available at the address to receive the order
  • For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready

If an order is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment (re-shipping charges may apply) or process a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
