Do your CCTV cameras work without internet?

Our wired CCTV cameras (DVR compatible) work without internet. However, WiFi cameras require an active internet connection for remote monitoring, motion detection alerts, and two-way audio features via the mobile app.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 10-day easy replacement policy on all products purchased from tanishelectronics.com. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos/video of the issue.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?
